§ 1 General

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

§ 2 Contact

Personal data you provide via email or partnership form (company, contact, email, phone, country, interest, message) is processed to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR. Retention: until your inquiry is resolved; tax/commercial retention may extend up to 10 years.

§ 3 Confirmation Email

You automatically receive a confirmation email with a copy of your inquiry. No tracking pixels.

§ 4 Web Analytics

We log timestamp, page, referrer, browser, device, language and approximate location (country/region/city). Your IP is immediately processed into a non-reversible hash with a daily salt (SHA-256). Geolocation uses a local database. No third-party transmission. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
